Brain Health Summit
This two-day event will bring together researchers, clinicians, and leaders across neuroscience, health, and wellness, alongside individuals with lived experience of neurological conditions. Together, we’ll explore practical, evidence-based strategies to support brain health and recovery.
The Summit highlights six key pillars of non-pharmacological brain health: aerobic exercise, cognitive training, nutrition, mindfulness, limiting harmful exposures, and sleep.
On June 18, the Brain Health Summit opens with an immersive evening of dinner, art, and discovery, designed to spark connection and community among 300 attendees. The dinner is followed up with a full day of Ted-Talk Style presentations and experiences to get into practical implementation of each of the pillars.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between research and real world application by highlighting accessible, impactful tools that people can integrate into their daily lives. The Summit will feature expert led presentations paired with interactive, hands-on experiences designed to bring these concepts to life.
