About Julie

35+ years guiding bodies back to ease.

Julie is a Certified Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers Coach and a Registered Massage Therapist with more than three decades of hands-on practice.

Her approach pairs deep fascial work with breath, movement, and nervous-system regulation — not a workout, but a self-healing practice you can take home with you. Every session is built around partnership: practical tools for ongoing progress, not a one-off treatment.

Guided movement
Slow, intentional movement to find where you are restricted. No workout pace — this is listening work.

Breath as the tool
Diaphragmatic breath is the active ingredient. We use it to find new space in the tissue.

Release ripples out
Tight fascia in one area shows up as tension in another. We work the whole system, not just the spot that hurts.

Emotional release
Fascia stores emotional holding. Don't be surprised if something surfaces — that's the work doing its job.
