Hi, I'm Julie.
I'm a Registered Massage Therapist with more than 35 years of hands-on experience working with the human body, along with more than 20 years teaching movement.
Over all those years, one thing has become very clear to me. Feeling good in our bodies isn't just about being stronger, more flexible, or pushing ourselves harder. It's about learning to listen to our bodies and understanding what they're asking for.
My own journey has shaped the way I work today. Through movement, breath, hands-on work, and eventually discovering Fascial Maneuvers, I began to see the body differently. I saw how everything is connected, and how much can change when we stop fighting our bodies and start working with them.
That became the foundation of Fascial Fitness.
To me, fitness is not about how much you can lift, how far you can run, or what your body looks like. It's about how you move, how you feel, and how you live.
I don't want you to become dependent on me. I want to help you understand your own body and give you tools you can use in your everyday life.

I believe fascial health is more than a practice. It's a lifestyle.
When properly cared for, fascia allows easier breathing, more fluid movement, and less overall tension, leaving you feeling better from the inside out.

"Julie is the first practitioner who actually listened to my body before doing anything to it. The work is unlike anything else I've tried."
"I went in with chronic neck pain. After six sessions I forgot what side it was on. That's the only review I have."
"Spin Flow is the only class I actually wake up early for. I leave feeling assembled, not exhausted."
