What we do
The Practice

A practice that listens to the tissue first.

Fascial Maneuvers® is a hands‑on technique that works with the body's connective tissue — the fascia — to release patterns of pain, restriction, and held tension. The work is slow, specific, and surprisingly profound.

Anatomy in motion

All the Fibers in our body are connected way more than we think.

Beyond muscles
Where fascia meets the meridians of ancient medicine.

Different language, same map — the body as one connected communication system.

Fascia surrounds every organ, suspending it in the body. When fascia becomes restricted — from stress, posture, injury, or emotional holding — organs lose space, glide, and breath. The body compensates globally.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture meridians map pathways where energy, organs, emotions, and tissues are connected. Fascial maneuvers describe a similar map — physical connective tissue pathways carrying tension, breath, and information through the whole body.

Different language, similar territory. Both systems see restriction in one place rippling through the rest, and both restore flow by working with the whole — through breath, spiraling movement, decompression, and nervous-system regulation.

How the body compensates
Restrictions ripple outward.
Tight fascia around an organ often shows up as tension or an emotion somewhere far away. Examples we work with in session:
Lungs & Large Intestine
BodyShallow breath · collapsed posture · chest holding
EmotionGrief · depression · breath held
Stomach & Spleen
BodySmall intestines · jaw tightness · digestion · abdomen
EmotionWorry · overthinking · ungrounded
Liver & Gallbladder
BodyShoulders · ribs · twisting / rotational tension
EmotionAnger · resentment · loss of flow
Kidneys
BodyFlank · low back · adrenal energy
EmotionFear · low vitality · willpower
Heart
BodyChest · ribs · pericardium · circulation
EmotionJoy · sadness · connection
Bladder
BodyPelvic floor · low abdomen · sacrum
EmotionFear · safety · holding on
Thyroid
BodyThroat · swallowing · neck tension
EmotionVoice · hormonal dysregulation · expression
Pelvic organs
BodyLow back · hips · gait · pelvis
EmotionSafety · grounding · moving forward

“The body compensates globally.”
